Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I watched this 3 months ago and then went online to watch the lecture - Sugar - the bitter truth on YouTube and gave up sugar right after. I am amazed at how easy it has been for me - a chocaholic and sugarfiend for all of my life. Bananas and dates are my sweetners of choice now.

Let's clean the sugar out of our diets and try not to substitute with chemical artificial sweeteners which don't help at all.
