I agree; I think their grading system isn't nearly as succinct as it should be. Ramen noodles for goodness sakes--complete junk! I think this website is just looking for toxic additives but not looking at refining processes, the agricultural practices (toxic sprays and fertilizers) or the lack of nutritive value in the foods. If those things were counted then most all the foods listed would totally flunk!!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I'm kinda shocked that Ramen noodles got a C - I thought it would be lower than that. C is still bad.

I have a perfect body. I just pad it for protection.

No matter what your life is like make sure you have a perfect soundtrack for it.

They also have an APP for your smartphone! I check items I already have in my fridge and pantry and write down the better alternatives prior to shopping. I have used it in store which can be a bit time consuming if you can't get a good signal. If you already have poor food choices in unopened containers, donate them to your local food pantry rather than eating them. Someone will use them.

Slow and steady.
Eat clean and as close to nature as possible.
Avoid refined, highly processed foods.

Put in a food product and it will grade it for you. I put in Gatorade and it got a D. Actually, I think it gives food stuffs big benefits of our doubts but hey, it's a good place to start.
