That's right. Eating clean is a lifestyle which should help with overall general health as well as weight loss. But, we are all a little different. You may have to tweak certain aspects to suit your needs and tastes. For me, I have been finding calorie/carb cycling to be very useful. Took a long time for to find something that works. But of course, it's only working because of the clean, whole foods that I eat. Also, some of us still count calories, while others find it unnecessary and tedious even. Do what works for you, and if you need further help then let us know.
PS. The cooler #1 plan is not meant to be done of you do a lot of intense exercise. Not enough food. lol
Clean Eating is not really a "diet" You can make it as restrictive as you like, by doing the cooler plans, but it's not really about how much you eat as what you eat. It's a lifestyle to live with forever. I lost 70 lbs. but not overnight.

I would think it ia totally fine . If you find yourself hungry eat more fruit and veges.

Do you think it will be ok to use tosca reno's new book to lose 40 or so pounds? When I purchased it.. I did not realize it was geared to those people who only had 10 pounds to lose or left over to lose.. I did put a request in my library to borrow the clean eating recharged. But if someone here could guide me.. I just figured it says 28 days to lose 10 pounds.. so I would think it would be ok.. but maybe its too restrictive? Hopefully will be able to compare books and come up with something in between... to do Thanks Diane
Just do it , keep it in your mind this isn't going to be perfection but a goal to live a clean heatlhy life. As long as you can hit the mark most days you will be successfulI in the long run.
