That's right. Eating clean is a lifestyle which should help with overall general health as well as weight loss. But, we are all a little different. You may have to tweak certain aspects to suit your needs and tastes.
For me, I have been finding calorie/carb cycling to be very useful. Took a long time for to find something that works. But of course, it's only working because of the clean, whole foods that I eat.
Also, some of us still count calories, while others find it unnecessary and tedious even.
Do what works for you, and if you need further help then let us know.
PS. The cooler #1 plan is not meant to be done of you do a lot of intense exercise. Not enough food. lol
