OK. Here goes.

THE EAT CLEAN PRINCIPLES

1) Eat 6 small meals a day. Eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs.

2) Eat breakfast every day, within an hour of rising.

3) Eat a combination of lean protein & complex carbs at each meal.

4) Eat sufficient(2 or 3 servings)of healthy fats every day.

5) Drink 2 -3 liters of water each day.

6) Carry a cooler packed with Clean foods.

7) Depend on fresh fruits & veggies for fiber, vitamins, nutrients & enzymes. Limit your starchy complex carbs to 2 - 4 servings per day.

8) Adhere to proper portion sizes.

I'M just wondering if anybody has the Eat Clean Diet Recharged? I need the principles on p. 405. I entered the Eat Clean Makeover Challenge 4 and the rules talk about this and I don't have this specific book.

Anybody out there to help me?
