I guess I do a crazy combination of stuff. I am not a spotless clean eater. I have my cheats and oh crap I am about to pass out I must eat something processed moments, but I don't make my own ketchup and I use my microwave. So, how clean is clean. i don't know.
Tracking, I use a day book that I write it all in because sometimes I can't get to the website to log it. However, it is documented on my daily notes for that day for when I have time to enter it. Last year I got about 3 months behind tracking online and gave up. Determined to stay caught up this time.
I tend to eat a lot of similar meals when prepping for contests - not a lot of variety so tracking online is easy.
Playing with carb cycling right now so I can easily track based on what day it is by copying the previous weeks similar day the modifying for changes made that day - chicken instead of fish or raspberries vs. blueberries - but, when it comes to some veggies, they are so similar I just let it go.
