I only hope that people don't really think that tofu is a cultured product. There is something I have just vaguely heard about that is a "cultured tofu" but even still, the tofu itself is a coagulated product, not cultured. Coagulation is like when you put vinegar or lemon juice into milk and it curdles. That is how tofu is made. It is coagulated soy milk pressed into cakes.Culturing means inoculating something with bacteria and letting them grow for a time in an environment perfect for the multiplication of the bacteria
I don't recommend un-fermented soy but fermented soy; yes...in limited amounts.
I also wish the list had explained a little more about the supplements. Getting them at a pharmacy is never a good idea.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
