If you are ordering online, I would get Wilderness Family Naturals. It comes in BPA free tetra packs. Although it is not certified organic, the company has gone to great length to make sure that the milk and coconuts are processed without chemicals. You can read about it on their website.

I haven't been able to find any of those brands in the stores near me :( I did find some organic coconut milk in the can so I got a couple of cans of that to try. Anyone know if any of the good brands can be ordered online?

I wouldn't trust any Silk product. I agree with Fit Artist that Wilderness Family Naturals is a much better product. I also like Native Forest brand. It is just coconut milk and guar gum and comes in BPA free cans. I get it for $2 a can from my co-op. (by the case)

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

The "dipotassium phosphate" ingredient sounded questionable to me. So, I googled. It is also used as a pesticide. Even though it is "generally regarded as safe". So, I sure as heck wouldn't drink it. lol
I have been getting coconut milk from Wilderness Family Naturals. It's just coconut milk and it comes in tetra packs (no BPA's). I can then thin down with water to get the same consistency as the coconut beverage made by SILK.
I think that even CM in cans would be preferable to the SILK brand of coconut beverage.
So Delicious makes a coconut beverage without "questionable" ingredients.

Has anyone tried Silk Coconut Milk? The ingredients in the original version are: All Natural Coconutmilk (filtered water, coconut cream), evaporated cane juice, calcium carbonate, natural flavor, dipotassium phosphate, xanthan gum, carrageenan, guar gum, cyanocolablamin (vit b12), vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2. Not really sure if this is considered clean or not? I'm getting ready to transition out of my juice fast (tomorrow makes 15 days!) and thought this might be good for making smoothies with.
