for posting this important issue.
Absolutely; water processed is the best way to decaffeinate coffee. Also, look for Fair Trade, organic to support ethical coffee growers that pay a fair wage and don't exploit workers. The coffee importing business, along with the cocoa business is full of unscrupulous, abusive (harsh child labor to mention just one problem) ownership and management--don't support them.
I buy good decaffeinated coffee at my local health food store.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

This website offers naturally decaffeinated coffee. No chemicals used in the process. They use the Swiss water method to remove the caffeine. I buy all my decaf coffee from this website.
Give up everything you love, and everything that tastes good = weight loss! Simple as that!
