My go-to is made possible by cooking big batches on the weekends.

Pre-cooked grain like brown rice or "grain" like quinoa which is actually a seed.
Protein, which for me means beans and/or nuts.
And lots and lots of veggies!

Quinoa and something raw or steamed to go into it, mixed into it. It never fails me 'cuz a cup of it cooks quick so no waiting around. I can make a meal out of it or dessert out of it.

I have several, but I most often take some frozen wild shrimp, whatever veggies I have on hand and stir fry in coconut oil. Usually my veggies are red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic... sometimes it's matchstick carrots or bean sprouts. I may add some cayenne or some coconut aminos (a great soy sauce substitute!)

Another go-to meal is some greek yogurt with berries and walnuts

Or I may have a slice of live flatbread (bread I make myself made entirely of veggies and ground flax that has been dehydrated in my excalibur), with a bit of coconut oil mayonnaise, some sliced tomato and some uncured, unsalted, pasture raised bacon.

I was just wondering what everyone's clean go-to meals are so that I might get some more ideas of meals.

Typically, my go-to meal lately has been egg dishes mixed with veg or oatmeal mixed with fruit and nuts for breakfast. I always tend to switch up my lunches and dinners though, or go with breakfast foods for them.
