My go-to is made possible by cooking big batches on the weekends.
Pre-cooked grain like brown rice or "grain" like quinoa which is actually a seed.
Protein, which for me means beans and/or nuts.
And lots and lots of veggies!
MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT 5 lbs = 5 lbs
5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!
FOOD TASTES GOOD
Let us eat it in moderation.
Quinoa and something raw or steamed to go into it, mixed into it. It never fails me 'cuz a cup of it cooks quick so no waiting around. I can make a meal out of it or dessert out of it.

I have several, but I most often take some frozen wild shrimp, whatever veggies I have on hand and stir fry in coconut oil. Usually my veggies are red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic... sometimes it's matchstick carrots or bean sprouts. I may add some cayenne or some coconut aminos (a great soy sauce substitute!)
Another go-to meal is some greek yogurt with berries and walnuts
Or I may have a slice of live flatbread (bread I make myself made entirely of veggies and ground flax that has been dehydrated in my excalibur), with a bit of coconut oil mayonnaise, some sliced tomato and some uncured, unsalted, pasture raised bacon.

I was just wondering what everyone's clean go-to meals are so that I might get some more ideas of meals.
Typically, my go-to meal lately has been egg dishes mixed with veg or oatmeal mixed with fruit and nuts for breakfast. I always tend to switch up my lunches and dinners though, or go with breakfast foods for them.
