I have several, but I most often take some frozen wild shrimp, whatever veggies I have on hand and stir fry in coconut oil. Usually my veggies are red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic... sometimes it's matchstick carrots or bean sprouts. I may add some cayenne or some coconut aminos (a great soy sauce substitute!)
Another go-to meal is some greek yogurt with berries and walnuts
Or I may have a slice of live flatbread (bread I make myself made entirely of veggies and ground flax that has been dehydrated in my excalibur), with a bit of coconut oil mayonnaise, some sliced tomato and some uncured, unsalted, pasture raised bacon.
