Whew! I just looked up that book on AddALL.com and found out that unless you are willing to have a paperback edition you will pay anywhere from $50 to $300 for the hardback and that doesn't count shipping which won't be cheap 'cuz most of them are located somewhere in Europe. You can get a paperback for as low as $6.40 plus shipping.
Don't think I'll be adding that one to my collection. Though I do covet it.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
