You want the one published in 1965 'cuz it has both the French and English in it. Scroll to the bottom of the recipe on the webpage and it gives links to where you can find the book

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Amazon has a couple from outside vendors but it's $59.99 and up. I will keep an eye out at flea markets.

Whew! I just looked up that book on AddALL.com and found out that unless you are willing to have a paperback edition you will pay anywhere from $50 to $300 for the hardback and that doesn't count shipping which won't be cheap 'cuz most of them are located somewhere in Europe. You can get a paperback for as low as $6.40 plus shipping.

Don't think I'll be adding that one to my collection. Though I do covet it.

That looks like fun! I think I will give it a try this week-end.
