Save your $ and invest in a good set of dumbbells, they would do more for you. JMHO but I agree, I think it is a gimmick.

My opinion: it is spot training and a gimmick. Can't be a sustained weight loss or muscle building for all areas of your body. Just focuses on your arms.

I actually have one and I'm not sure if it works or not. Mostly because I barely use it because it's HARD! I mean sure, I can do it for a little while, but otherwise I just can't keep going. Probably means I need to do it more!!

there is a new weight on TV, IT is called the shake weight, you move it and it oscillates and is supposed to tone you better than standard free weights. Does any body know if it really works
