How do I plan my week?? With lots of healthy food in the kitchen and lots of hope! After than it's anything goes!

I don't really follow a specific cooler plan. I plan my meals around my protein, then add veggies and a complex carb. The first thing I do is look in my fridge and freezer and decide what has to be used up first. I also have a look around the produce department to see what is in season and on sale. I usually only plan one or two days ahead of time. I shop frequently to get fresh produce.
