I have a Wii and several exercise 'games', a balance ball, a Bender Ball, hand weights, resistance band, band 'weight' machine, cook books, an Eating Clean lifestyle, SparkPeople, a weight loss buddy and an inground pool in my yard. When I use them they work. I'm getting a handle on my new eating lifestyle and I know what is is right amount of indulgence...and I know the same for my exercise-what is not enough, doing a variety so I don't get bored and doing it frequently.
I hit a new low on Friday and then a little over half the weekend I did poorly on my eating. I'm back on track today and although it will take all week to re-lose these couple of pounds I will do it and I will continue to lose.
Do you have a routine with your meal planning or your exercise? Do you work out often? Do you get bored easily or are you doing a variety of activities? Do you count calories or watch portions or do anything special when cooking/eating?
