OK. Click on the link (under Healthy Lifestyle) that says SparkRecipes.com
Then when you get there, click on Recipe Calculator.
Now, everything should be fairly self explanatory from there.
Click on ADD AN INGREDIENT to add ingredients. Also, NOTE, that when you are adding ingredients you can search Spark's database AND/OR you may look through foods that you have already entered and saved in your nutrtion tracker (real handy!).
OK, so.. once you have added your ingredients, you simply go through all the "stations"

If you want to SHARE your recip with the rest of the world, then make sure you check off the box at the bottom that indicates that you want to share.
After saving the recipe, you can add it to cookbooks (just create a cookbook), share with other members, print it out, share on Facebook, etc.
Now, when you go into your Nutrtion Tracker back on sparkpeople, there is a recipe tab. It will automatically be there in your recipes.
