Mine are temporarily at 50P/30C/20F
I'm on DAY 1 of the FAT SHREDDER diet plan that came with P90X. It is only a temporary plan. Then I will transition to a 40/40/20 This is supposed to then lead to an eventual 20/60/20 but I think I will more than like have more protein and fewer carbs... more like a 40/35/25.
I had to come back and edit; my ratios added up to 110! lol!
Hey gals! Just wondering if you could let me know how you measure your ratios, is there any quick easy tricks that you follow? I have been wanting to start keeping a strict handle on this but am not quite sure how to go about it. I measure and track my food daily but don't really have the ratios figured.

Mine are 40% protein 30% carbs and 30% fat. It is hard to get enough protein sometimes and keep my carbs in check, but my body seems to like this mix.

I have mine at 40 40 20 as well. It's all new to me though so I am finding it a little difficult to get enough protein and not too many carbs :)

the older I get.. i find that FAT,.. hinders my weight loss.. very interesting .. it could also be I am hypothyroid.. so I REALLY DO HAVE TO WATCH FAT..
