I'm on DAY 1 of the FAT SHREDDER diet plan that came with P90X. It is only a temporary plan. Then I will transition to a 40/40/20 This is supposed to then lead to an eventual 20/60/20 but I think I will more than like have more protein and fewer carbs... more like a 40/35/25.
I had to come back and edit; my ratios added up to 110! lol!
Hey gals! Just wondering if you could let me know how you measure your ratios, is there any quick easy tricks that you follow? I have been wanting to start keeping a strict handle on this but am not quite sure how to go about it. I measure and track my food daily but don't really have the ratios figured.
