The trouble with taking away the "falling and failing" from an extreme sport is that it no longer carries the excitement that is gained from the very danger of it. lol, I'm such a realist!
For me, I would go back to school and get a phd in philosophy so that I could teach at the higher education level and perhaps even write books. As it is, I've never been able to do school; there's something missing in my brain or personality (or something) that makes school impossible for me and even more impossible for anyone who is living with me while I am going to school. I have to let it completely take over every living second of my life just to pass!
But I love the dream for sure!
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
