I like to buy a 1/2 salmon (comes sealed) at the store when it is on sale. I let the large filet defrost slightly and cut into filets. (2-3" thick)

I take the slices and marinate in gluten free soy sauce, honey, and ginger. I soak cedar planks for a few hours.

Then I grill. It tastes soooo good! Seriously, I can eat these filets cold the next 2-3 days they taste so good. Now, when has cold fish tasted good?

I can't use bread crumbs but did make a fish fillet stick a few years back w/a filet of chilean sea bass. I used an egg white wash, and crushed walnuts.
I then baked it. It was really good.

When you have food allergies you have to become more creative.

Panko is a japanese breadcrumb. The grocery store should have them where the ETHNIC foods are. They are SUPER crunchy!

You know what I did last night? I took some red snapper, dipped it in egg, then in some panko breadcrumbs mixed in with a bit of cornmeal. I put it in a frypan (I know, frying is BAD), and fried it in justy a bit of coconut oil.
The snapper only takes a couple of minutes to cook, so you don't need a bunch of oil.
YUM!

Here are some other GREAT seafood recipes. I personally love the Cajun Shrimp Pasta

My favorite is always something simple. Grilled Salmon brushed lightly with lemon juice and sprinkled with fresh ground pepper.

Another favorite is trout steamed on the grill. Take the fish, a little butter, and a slice of lemon...Wrap it up in some foil and pop it on the grill.
