I have both a Costco and a Sam's membership. I totally agree with the comment that Costco has a wider selection of healthy foods. They are adding new organic things every week it seems and the prices are pretty reasonable.

I like wheat, but I am choosing better carbs over bread. I feel like I'm thicking my skin when I'm eating "bread". I'm sure it's all psychological...but I do well when I don't eat the white stuff or anything that resembles bread. *shrugs* I've been in a nutrition funk lately...I'm trying hard to get out of it.
The one's I found at our market are Stone Ground Wheat Tortillas 100% Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat, Water, Non-Hydrogenated Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Baking Soda Cal 103 Fat 2.9 Chol 0 Sod 261 mg Carb 17.7g Fiber 3 g Prot 2.9g Sugar 0.1g
I found these very good and lots of surface space.
It doesn't say who they are made by but are Mfg by J & D Peters 6231 Plank Rd., Vienna, Ontario.

OK. I had one for lunch. Sorry... it was FANTASTIC! I guess you can cut a regular wrap in half, but then you are left without enough "square footage" (so to speak) to put your goodies on. Anyhow, this one tasted great, didn't get soggy, and left me enough calories for my lunch to enjoy some tomnato and red pepper soup.
We don't have a Costco just a Sam's club. It seems like Costco sells healthier stuff than Sam's club does. Any opinions on this? Our Sam's does have some fantastic WW tortillas that are clean that I like but the calorie count is up there!

Thanks I have to look for these next time I am in Costco. They also have organic peanut butter that I like to have on hand.
