I did the same type of thing. I used tangerines, apples and grapefruit with a little greek plain yogurt and maple syrup and cinnamon.

When I was in college a roommate taught me a good one: Mix diced canteloupe, blueberries, a little honey, and yogurt (she used vanilla, but I bet plain would work); top with granola. It is yummy!

This is probably more of a dessert but I did make some baked apples. BTW I personally like a baking apple for this not a sweet eating apple.

I like a mix of cut strawberries, fresh pineapple and blueberries. Yum!

I made this recipe this week - Olive and Tomato Tapenade

and really liked it slightly warm, mixed with about 1 oz of whole wheat linguini pasta.

How are people cooking their apples in the microwave? The only way I've had a cooked apple is via the oven...?

I've discovered the Sahale Snacks brand nut mixes. Our favorite is the Soledad Almonds - I measure out 1/4 cup and it is a nice, spicy pick-me-up in the middle of the afternoon. My 11-year-old son loves them too.

Count me in on the baked apples too. They're such a nice warm treat in the winter. Another favorite is yogurt mixed with frozen berries, cheese slices, crackers or veggies with hummus, kale chips, and one cup of milk mixed with some cold coffee (leftover from the AM).

Oh, I am SO happy to see this thread! Treats are what kill me every time, so I am really enjoying everyone's suggestions. I can't wait to try some of them...especially the sweet potato variations.

One of my favorite CE treats is apple slices with natural peanut butter.

I have to say I just love to microwave an apple with spices or homemade (clean) apple butter. So good and warm in the winter.

My favorite treat is one (or two :O) Lindt Lindor truffles - EXTRA DARK chocolate. Unlike a lot of chocolates, these have no corn syrup in them. Clean and yummy!

I'm still working on that weekly meal plan to give to you all. One of the things I've run into is if I have enough calories and want a treat post-dinner, what do you like to eat?

I've already thought of yogurt with some fruit; and of course know about the cookies on the teams' recipe book (though having cookies around can be a mite dangerous for me)... so was wondering if you all have some favorite treats (not just snacks) you could share with me?
