Great alternative to traditional mayonnaise!
Ingredients
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp powdered mustard
2 heaped tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp dried chives (or fresh)
2 tsp dried parsley (or fresh)
1/4 cup olive oil
unrefined sea salt (to taste)
Directions
Blend ground flax seeds with water in a blender or food processor until thick.
Add vinegar, mustard, unrefined sea salt and blend.
Add garlic and herbs and blend well.
With blender or food processor running, drizzle olive oil in slowly to form an emulsion.
Allow to cool before serving.
