I thought it was a 30 day diet plan using the Spark approach? *shrugs* I don't need that so that's why I didn't pre-order. Since you said that Ani, I'm thinking since the Spark started online and there is loads of info here that it's all in the book too.

Smart shopper!!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I am the same way. I have not ordered the book. It is not in stores here yet. I have debated back and forth but I think I need to see it before putting the money out. I do not order anything sight unseen.

I canceled my order because I figured I can get all the stuff that's in the book from SparkPeople.com. I know it would just be another book taking up space in my house with information in it that I either already have, know, or can get off the web. Anyway, that's my opinion that I feel is the best choice for me. If someone gets the book and really loves it and is glad they got it I would like to know what that's all about.

Check out the reviews on amazon.com ... all 18 of them give it 5 stars & give some info on what is in the book. I still haven't decided whether I'll get it or not as well.

Can anyone tell me what the Book is about? I mean spacifics. I can't decide if I need it.
