My goal is to have a cleaner house (it's not dirty, just not as tidy as I like) and to eat cleaner! That's why I joined the site today! Happy New Years everyone!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Awesome! I wish everyone good luck with your goals.

I have learned so much about clean eating over the past few months since I joined this team. Thank you for everyone's help.

I plan to go even more organic.
Order meat from the farm nearby.
Get to Wholefood or Trader Joe's more often.
Eat 6 or 7 fruits and veggies per day.
Do STS, just modify a little. Don't overdo.
Loose 13 pounds to 140.
Declutter my house, give away or throw away anything we don't need or use.

I am definitely gonna de-junk my kitchen. ALL the treats and unclean foods are OUT! I am gonna keep working out (too much fun!), and I want to get my weight down to 145 pounds. I also want to learn Italian, finish my scrapbooking book, get my website up and running (delete my old one).

Hm let's see, mostly just continue my plan but specifically for 2010:

- get back to my weight of 175;
- find more FUN in my fitness (looking for more alternative ways for my recreational cardio);
- return to 5K running when I get down to 180;
- learn more about Clean Eating preparation;
- have a year long, eating plan of recipes.

DH and I are going to do a cleanse then start the P90X program. We both need to lose 30 lbs.
We also must de-junk our house, as I think we'll be moving pretty soon.

Eat clean 5/7 days (saving 2 days for the occasional dinner out/pizza, goodies just too good to pass up in moderation)
Get back to exercising in the mornings consistently.
Get more organized around the house.
Make sure to get some me time for those crafty projects I haven't heen doing as much of for the past year.

Mine are very achievable if I can just focus and get back on track!

-cut out soda
-drink more water
-do physique 57 5 days a week and add more cardio
-back to clean eating
-no more junk food in the house
-get back down to 124lbs
my number one goal though is to stress less, try and not let things get to me so much! I need to just breath and take life day by day. Maybe some yoga will help emoticon
