I have learned so much about clean eating over the past few months since I joined this team. Thank you for everyone's help.
I plan to go even more organic.
Order meat from the farm nearby.
Get to Wholefood or Trader Joe's more often.
Eat 6 or 7 fruits and veggies per day.
Do STS, just modify a little. Don't overdo.
Loose 13 pounds to 140.
Declutter my house, give away or throw away anything we don't need or use.
