Wow!!!! Not only did I get an answer here, I got a whole hotline panel here!!! LOL!!!

Yah know, everything I am picking up is a problem! It can frustrate the hell out of you! Well, for now, until I use them up (and I may not even like them) I will eat them. And I still say the soy milk has been working for me. But I will listen to the video that you provided and thank you for the replies and comedy, as well as, reading all the threads .... emoticon

Loren, you've got a head on your shoulders. I like that!! Yes, when something is being put in everything and is said to be good for "everything" then you have to wonder. Makes me think of pharmaceuticals whose manufacturers claim can be use for different ailments. Like they are just trying real hard to sell the stuff to uneducated people. What do they think we are, stupid? Well, I think they do think that. We'll show 'em!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Quack!!! Heads up!! The nutrition police are here!

I know that those of you who are familiar with this duck are aware that I am not, NOT a fan of soy.
Watch this video (watch the whole thing it's only 6.5 min long) and then study it even more. There's lots of stuff on the web about the dangers of soy. Soy has been a heavily marketed product and we've all been told a lot of ..... about the so called health benefits of it. Actually, it's been an amazing financial benefit to others! Quack!

Interview with Kaayla Daniels:

And don't miss this factoid: The FDA has, just last year declared soy as NOT "GRAS" (Generally Regarded As Safe). That is, they have removed the GRAS label from unfermented soy products.

I think we have another thread here on this team where we talked about edamame. Didn't we?! If you find that thread there might be some real good information there 'cuz us Clean Eaters really know how to...un talk about stuff and give great ideas.
