Meso 1 at 60% - 65% at my 1RM makes Meso #1 easy for me. I'm just used to picking up a weight with Cathe and going at it, but I'm restricted to percentages and lots of isolated exercises...bleh. I'm sure Meso 2 and Mesos 3 are more my style. I think I'm going to sell Meso #1 after I'm done with it.
He charges $100 for an hour phone call. But that's not the expensive part, it's all the testing. I've take saliva, blood & stool tests to name a few. Then he's got me on supplements for yeast and soon I will do liver and kidney detoxes. It's interesting to say the least. LOL!
Yes, I got to read a little of the thread last night. You're finding Meso 1 easy?? I thought that one was the hardest, actually. I liked Meso 2 & 3 better. But then again I like heavy lifting better than endurance.

Hi Laura, I've been lurking. I haven't had a lot of time to post lately. We were temporarily displaced in work for a few weeks so I couldn't get on line too much. I was sick for a few days too.
I've been working with Sean Croxton from UndergroundWellness.com. And he says I'm in stage 3 adrenal fatigue and doesn't want me to exercise, except yoga. So I've been doing some yoga, core and stretching and some light cardio. But I've decided to do one body part per day, I can't loose everything I've worked for. Can already see some changes in my body. Also my knee is still hurt, I go back next week to see what the MRI showed. I'm just falling apart here. LMAO!
But I was doing really well eating clean until Halloween candy struck. LOL! I had a bad week. But Monday back on! I was actually totally clean a few days a week. I've been buying up a lot of clean foods. Just starting to replace soaps and cleaning liquids.

Hey, PAULINE! Haven't seen you in a while! Here is a pumpkin muffin recipe. I haven't made it in a while. I don't think there was one in Ellie's cookbook (I'd have to run ALL THE WAY downstairs to check. lol) I haven't made these in a while... can't remember how they turned out.
I am gonna try to make a point of trying one new recipe everyday. I have soo many cookbooks now. I better stop shopping! LOL! I will try one of Ellie's for tomorrow nights dinner. I'll keep you posted!
