Thanks Laura, I dont know what is happening to me, maybe hormones, and besides that my muscles are really sore...

I live 23 kilometer away from my job, but I dont want to drive, my legs are hurting me a lot (I hate that lactic acid living around my body haha)

I know how that feels! I drink a TON of water... that helps, and I eat every 2-3 hours. That also helps!

Thank you Becky, I think I'm doing well, but since I stared to do extra workout I feel sooooo hungry, or not hungry it is just that I have so many cravings, and they are killing me... I dont want to overeat, but I dont know how I can stop thinking of food!!!! It is driving me crazy!!!
