I love everybody's posts here. You are all so awesome. I agree, even with certain things (teas, herbs, foods) that can do something like speed up your metabolism or burn fat more efficiently the only way they can help is if you are already doing the work (diet & exercise). I like to compare it with using a good pair of athletic shoes instead of flip flops for your morning run. Yes, switching over to the athletic shoes will certainly "help" but you STILL have to go run!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
