I remember my mom making jalapeno jelly when I was a kid. I think I've seen it for sale, too. (I grew up mainly in TX.)

I have heard of putting black pepper into cookies, like spice cookies. I guess it would give them some bite. But, jalapenos would REALLY give it a BITE!!!emoticonLOL!

Whoa! Jalapeno cookies? Sounds very interesting. I'll have to look that one up myself. I suppose one could always tweak the amount of Jalapeno they put in the recipe.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

My boyfriend is a jalapeno junky. He likes it spicy. I need a recipe that is for jalapeno cookies. Anyone have one?
