Here is a guy, his name is Mark Bittman. I heard him doing a radio interview. He wants to change the way the world eats. He says if we can at least change what we eat during the day, and eat as many PLANTS (fruits & veggies) as we can, that even if we revert to our UNHEALTHY way of eating for that last couple of hours in the evening, that we will still be doing a lot of good not only for our bodies, but our environment as well.
The website will also send you a 7 day meal plan via email. I got my meal plan, and it looks really delicious and healthy.
