I have no problem sharing the recipes, but they don't work on our recipe calculator. the book doesn't give the nutrition values except for how many cals are in each piece. So i would just have to post the recipe. Tell me where.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I would like to be vegetarian, but really don't know how to fix meals without meat/fish/fowl as the main course. I just keep becoming more and more aware of what we are doing to our planet when we eat meat/fish/fowl.
Here is a guy, his name is Mark Bittman. I heard him doing a radio interview. He wants to change the way the world eats. He says if we can at least change what we eat during the day, and eat as many PLANTS (fruits & veggies) as we can, that even if we revert to our UNHEALTHY way of eating for that last couple of hours in the evening, that we will still be doing a lot of good not only for our bodies, but our environment as well. The website will also send you a 7 day meal plan via email. I got my meal plan, and it looks really delicious and healthy.
