Does anyone take Probiotic Supplements? If so, what brand and in what form do you take? Is it helpful to you?

I think some you will find in a well stocked grocery store but most will be best found in a health food store. Good luck it seems the more you do it the easier it is. THat book made things so easy for me!

Welcome, MELTINGMIMI! If you look around this forum you will see that I have posted quite a few threads about eating clean. Particularly in the Clean Ingredients, Vitamin, Supplements, etc. Forum.
Anyhow, glad you found your way here! emoticon

I do not mean to sound dumb, but I have eaten healthy for awhile, but not clean (or so I think?!). Where do u find things in her recipes (flaxseed, wheat germ, sea salt, oat brand)? Maybe some or all of this stuff is in my grocery store, but I don't know where to look or is this stuff only found at a health food store?

Definitely get "Eating Clean" by Tosca Reno. My library has it, but I refer to it so much that it's nice to have my own copy. You can also check out her website - I think it's just www.toscareno.com. There are postings and recipes, and lots of info. Good luck- you will feel great the more you eat clean!

I eat pretty good, but am VERY interested in eating clean...looks like I should probably look into reading a book by Tosca. I am also interested in any information you all think would be helpful to a newbie!! Thanks!
