So I just started eating clean Monday, after spending the weekend before reading through Tosca's books. I was excited to start this because it just made sense and truthfully there were just a few adjustments I had to make to my diet, different bread, truvia instead of splenda, no soda, brown rice instead of white... and a few others.
So far I am loving, I have a ton more energy AND the scale has shown me a 7.4lb loss this week!? I blasted through my plateau of over 1.5 years!!! Now of course I know that the weight was probably a combo of water and crap coming out of the body but regardless I am happy it's gone.
But I am noticing (and not complaining) that I am so thirsty while eating clean. I am constantly craving water! Now I should say before I started I hadn't had a soda in a few weeks so that wasn't it. Anyone else drinking more water because their body is craving it??
Also, is it normal for you system to get cleaned out those first few days? Not to give TMI but I mean cleaned out and all that crap ending up in the toilet. It's slowed down now but I was waking up early in the morning to hit the toilet.
