This is so true! When I travel I try to stay at hotels with fridges and microwaves and get most of my food at the grocery store, but that's not always possible. One of my recent trips was terrible - not only didn't have clean options but often didn't have healthy options at all...

I'm going to eat vegetarian on my next away weekend in October. I'm thinking that this would work ....
I'm still trying to feel normal after my brush with the big bad world as well.
So grateful I don't travel too often for work!!!!

That is so true! I've been having a lot harder time eating the right things since I've been back at work. It was so much easier when I was at home on disability without all the temptations.

Geez! I just got home from a three day excursion; it really is a WILD (and cruel) world out there! I got home and even with a ll my planning and preperations of eating clean, I cannot believe how difficult it can be! GEEZ! Everywhere you turn there is CRAP food! So, today was VERY CLEAN for me! Religious almost! CLEANSING! LOL! I also did some grocery shopping. I bought shrimp, bison, broccoli, tomatoes, spelt bread, sweet potatoes, nothing but CLEAN stuff. I'm not sure how long it will take to DE-TOX my body (YUCK!)
