Hi thanks for being friendly. I'm gonna check out what I can eat hopefully tomorrow. And start, I put on a couple of pounds since I haven't been tracking. I think I can maintain pretty much without tracking but I know I can't loose weight. But maybe I CAN if I just eat clean. Right? LOL!

Wow, I found some very interesting stuff undergroundwellness.com, the link that someone posted in another thread. I've been using whey powder, there's no aspartame in mine, I guess it's not so good for me after all. Also he said rice cakes and popcorn isn't all that good for you either. Now I'm wondering what else I'm eating that isn't good for me.
I was also wondering if it's okay if I join your challenge in the middle of it. Course I have to find out what is considered clean first.
Duh, I just found your list in the section none other than clean eating, vitamins and supplements. LOL! Okay, I shall check that out.
