I just watched the second episode... I just HAD to post this.
Many sparkers, including myself, have seemed a little bit confused as to whether to count calories or not. That the EAT CLEAN diet advocates never having to count calories.
BUT, after having just watched the second episode of TOSCA; FLEXING at 49, I have to say, that when TOSCA is in training for a competition, and trying to reduce body fat, she portions and measures EVERY SINGLE BITE. So, I guess, in conclusion, the EAT CLEAN diet method of not weighing food, or counting calories works great for healthy, everyday living. But, if you follow Tosca's lead... counting calories, or at least MEASURING your portions is paramount to LOSING FAT!
