I have to admit, I sometimes have a little splenda to reduce my caloric intake. I'm GUILTY! I have tried stevia; I have a whole jar of it in my cupboard. I really don't like the taste of it. YUCK!
But, I will however try to use less splenda, and less of ANY sweeteners, natural ones included, from now on...
Also, I like the idea of rolling the banana in some milk and chopped nuts and freezing for a snack. Yummy!
