I wanted to post just to show how unnatural eggbeaters are. But, this article and the list of ingredients on this website is a whole lot better than the ingredients I read on the carton at my local grocery store. One of the ingredients was hydrogenated oil.

Greek yogurt and raspberries for me too, Fit Artist! I added a few sprinkles of granola.

I'm cooking up Irish oats in the crock pot at the moment so I can portion them out for the week and have them ready to go. I love the non mushy texture of steel cut oats, but I do like quick oats for overnight oatmeal.

Here's to the start of a great week!

Homemade Trutein protein shake -couple frozen strawberries, tsp. flaxseed oil, and 6 oz. skim milk. It was goooood. : )

Oh... And 6 oz. oatmeal, with skim milk, crushed walnuts, some cranberries, CINNAMON, and sweetened with a bit of STEVIA and a little "raw" sugar. Great carbs!

Yes. I do. I seem to be able to tolerate pretty good enem though it's not really gluten free.
