I was in a hotel this morning. Aboiut the only thing I id do correctly was to remember to bring a healthy (at least healthier than eating in a restaraunt) snack. So, I had a CLIF BAR for breakfast, before I did some treadmill at the hotel's fitness centre. All the CRAP food I ate afterwards gave me a tummy ache! WON'T do THAT agin for a long time, if EVER!!! emoticon

Yesterday I had the Choco PB & Banana Shake from the Clean Eating Club website (yummy and very filling!).

I have pretty much the same thing everyday. Due to my egg allergy and being picky, I am limited.
I had a c. of Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal and 1 c. non-fat milk. Plus water, vitamins, and a c. of coffee with Truvia.

ok,i had brown pasta, vegie,&egg white,,inlude,carriot,cucumber,cabbage,spring onions,mint spice.yummy,, umm umm,left over lol,since am trying to control my portion,i made it last night,total of 350 cal, split it, eat it night & morning, which come down to 175 cal .pretty cool.

I'm apple of Gods eyes,my life/body is EVIDENCE of His work.

I had one egg, with two egg whites, and a slice of EASY NATIVE MOLASSES BREAD with a spoonful of sugar free preserves.

I'm ending the 1st week on the Cooler #1 Plan in Tosca's book. I had Cream of Wheat with wheat germ, flax seed and 2 egg whites. Man, I miss my almond butter. emoticon

Today I was in a rush to get out the door!!!! Kids had music lessons and ofcourse we got up late!!!!

So breakfast was grab and go!!!!!

2 slices of homemade 7 grain bread
1 tbsp almond butter
1 banana cut and placed on Almond butter and bread.
1 Mega Calcium chew

What did YOU eat for breakfast today?

Well. I had buckwheat pancakes. I made them using 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Pancake mix with 2 egg whites and a little water. I had them with sliced peaches and a little maple syrup. Mmmmm...
