A smoothie made with blueberry kefir, chocolate protein powder, frozen blueberrries, 1/2 banana, ground flax seeds and spinach. This is one of my favorite breakfast options and I have it 2 or 3 times a week. I also had a slice of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread toasted.

Whole wheat pancake, 1 egg, ham. Saturday morning with the WHOLE family. What a rare treat!
Spiced, broiled grapefruit halves (from Tosca Reno's newest Eat Clean cookbook). This was simply grapefruit drizzled with maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg and broiled for 5 minutes. I liked it, but prefer my grapefruit really cold, so I think next time I'll try the same combination, but skip the broiling.
I also had a slice of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread toasted and spread with 1 tsp. butter.

LOL LOL LOL LOL and hahahahahahahaha
I knew that would surprise you.......the funny thing is, when I lost the 37 pounds, this is what I did. Had the smoothie about 10-1030, and then had either soup or something light for supper. Also was walking more.
