This morning I had minestrone soup - with coconut oil

It has white beans, pasta, carrots, celery, peas, diced potatoes, onions, in a home-made beef broth. Only DS and I eat it, and I made a lot, so I am eating some for breakfast rather than have left-overs in the fridge forever or freezing it. I have lots of frozen soup, I want to live off fresh soup and keep the frozen for tight schedule days

Sunday is brunch, today the White Spot South West Chorizo Hash, I had 2 poached eggs, hash browns, salsa, green peppers, tomatos, and 3 slices of toast, 2 multi-grain, then my friend gave me 1 sour dough - plus I had green tea

Slice of ezekial bread with a small pat of butter, coffee with a touch of half and half. I know there are better options, but right now simple sounded really nice.
