A bit hit-and-miss so far, though I've managed a total of a mile on most days. Now to get more focused and do a mile at a time, and try to manage every single day (even if a couple of days have to be a mile in a couple of stages).
I started the SS2SS workout plan over last night. I'm going to have to get a new resistance band. Mine has a big honkin plastic handle in the end. Makes standing on it hard for the lower body exercises. I'm not sure what happened to my other band I use to use. Oh well. I went through it.
Walked a mile + yesterday. Hope you all did too!! I actually need to run some of this challenge. I need to push myself. Been doing the same hill treadmill routine everyday for a month now. Time to switch it up!!!
I had a bout of deep depression and stayed away. So I am going to start all over again. I have arthritis in many of my joints so I need to start slow. I plan to do strength exercise within the next 2 weeks. and hopefully be able to start walking my dogs again. I am going to do what I can. Linda

Well spring is here and it is almost time for swim suites. I would like to make a team challange to everyone. There will be a sprak goodie given to the won wo does the best. I challange the team to walk 1 mile a day for the next 30day,
