Hi there, SICOSH - haven't heard from anyone on this topic for months.
I'm happy to come back and post again if your going to be here.

You managed 19 miles last month - and said "only".
Do you usually do more?
Or are you starting out, and hoped to do more?

I'll have to go back and check, to work out what my October mileage was. I'll come back on that.

Didn't manage every single day - some days I was too busy sleeping after being out and about (like doing the grocery shopping and something else, both in one day).
I'll keep working on this though.

A bit hit-and-miss so far, though I've managed a total of a mile on most days.
Now to get more focused and do a mile at a time, and try to manage every single day (even if a couple of days have to be a mile in a couple of stages).

1 mile. Incline at 6. I wish I had time for more but Tuesdays and Thursdays are insane for us.

I did the SS2SS video as well. Again with the resistance bands. These work ok with upper body, though.

I started the SS2SS workout plan over last night. I'm going to have to get a new resistance band. Mine has a big honkin plastic handle in the end. Makes standing on it hard for the lower body exercises. I'm not sure what happened to my other band I use to use. Oh well. I went through it.

Walked a mile + yesterday. Hope you all did too!! I actually need to run some of this challenge. I need to push myself. Been doing the same hill treadmill routine everyday for a month now. Time to switch it up!!!

I had a bout of deep depression and stayed away. So I am going to start all over again. I have arthritis in many of my joints so I need to start slow. I plan to do strength exercise within the next 2 weeks. and hopefully be able to start walking my dogs again.
I am going to do what I can.

This is a good challenge for me, post-flu and (hopefully after) post-viral syndrome - as I really need to regain some stamina, without overdoing things.

Well spring is here and it is almost time for swim suites. I would like to make a team challange to everyone. There will be a sprak goodie given to the won wo does the best. I challange the team to walk 1 mile a day for the next 30day,
