1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
1 EGG BEATENED
TEASPOON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD CRUMBS
2 TABLESPOONS NON-FAT MILK
1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
TEASPOON PEPPER
MOZZERELLA CHEESE IN INCH CUBES
2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES
1 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL
2 CUPS CHOPPED ZUCCHINI COOKED FOR 5 MINUTES
1/3 CUP COOKED WHOLE-WHEAT ORZO
CUP TOMATOE SAUCE
HOW TO MAKE
MIX THE GROUND TURKEY WITH DICED ONION, MINCED GARLIC, EGG WHOLE WHEAT BREAD CRUMBS NON-FAT MILK, SALT AND PEPPER. FORM 8 MEATBALLS PLACING THE MOZZERELLA CUBES IN THE CENTER OF EACH MEATBALL. MIST A BACKING DISH WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY. BAKE MEATBALLS FOR 15 MIUTES AT 425 DEGREES. SAUTE THE 2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES IN THE OLIVE OIL FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD THE ZUCCHINI COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. SERVE MEATBALLS AND ZUCHINI OVER THE COOKED ORZO AND TOP WITH THE TOMATO SACUE. YOU CAN FREEZE LEFT OVERS
