What a sensible decision - keep going with your exercise and water, and being careful with food. You and your baby should have a much better time together, and the parting of your bodies should be easier to do and easier to recover from.

I am proud to say that I have a streak of over 800 days for this bootcamp, but sadly I am stopping for a bit. I'm 14 weeks along and it's getting too hard to do this and the other bootcamp I do so I've chosen to give this one up for now, but am hoping to be back next spring after delivery/recovery. This really is a great toning program.
Trying to maintain my weight in the 145-150 range.
