Apart from the turkey bacon, I really like the sound of this. It could be a way to get DH to eat bacon (ordinary) with a healthier plate of other stuff.
I did try turkey bacon, a number of months ago - and was really looking forward to it, cos i love turkey, and I like bacon but would prefer a healthier alternative. It was, for me, horrible. I even gave some to younger son who is in a similar position - he disliked it even more than I did.
Oh well - I rarely eat bacon, any more, so this could be one recipe I could allow myself a wee helping.

SEVERS ONE WITH 450 CALORIES
