had a good sweat today did Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Fusion...thought this would be like and easy breezy workout to just do. Not as easy as I thought, it is a very engaging workout. Glad I got in a little sweat...needed to feel as if I was doing something really good for my body.

I'm ready to commit to doing Niclole's workout especially the toning. I'm ready to hang up my sweatpants and get into a swimsuit. Haven't worn one in years...but it would be nice to be able to.

Just saw these while checking out the exercises. They look interesting, will try at least one day after tomorrow.
Todays exercise is done, tomorrow is regular whole body strength, so it has to wait.

It is more important to know where you are going than to get there quickly, Do not mistake activity for achievement (Mabel Newcomer)

The saddest thing of all my friend, what might have been.
