PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGRESS. MIX TOGETHER CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOURS, 1 CUP OATS, TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOONS CINNAMON, TEASPOON BAKING SODA, AND 1 BANANAS MASHED. MIX TOGETHER CUP PLAIN NON-FAT YOGURT, 1 EGG, CUP HONEY, 2 TABLESPOONS CONOLA OIL AND 1 TEASPOON VANILLA; ADD TO BANANA MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED. PLACE IN 6 GREASED MUFFIN TINS AND BAKE 12 MINUTES. SERVE WITH A GLASS OF SKIM MILK.
