Do 30-minutes of one cardio video! It could be a step routine, or a dance routine. You just need to move for 30-minutes.
20-minutes of lunges
30-minutes of walking either to a video or outside.
30-minutes of exercises for your arms.
20-minutes of jump roping
20-minutes of jumping jacks
