Yeah! I got to exercise today! I didn't think I would be able to, but I was able to! I did 30 min on the Nordic Track!! emoticon

Hi Linda - is this in addition to doing the 4 week Bootcamp Challenge?
If it is, then I'll regretfully decline as there's already 30 minutes daily cardio required for the challenge, plus I'm doing another BootCamp as well, and some of my own stuff.

Challenge for January starting Monday for the whole month of January. Who is up for it?

Do 30-minutes of one cardio video! It could be a step routine, or a dance routine. You just need to move for 30-minutes.

20-minutes of lunges

30-minutes of walking either to a video or outside.

30-minutes of exercises for your arms.

20-minutes of jump roping

20-minutes of jumping jacks

Do these for the month of January and let us know how you did at the end of the month, in the group forum, not here!
