I signed up for this bootcamp a wee while ago, because I liked the videos, and the range of exercises over the 7 days. Also because signing up for 4 weeks will make me do the 4 weeks! Unfortunately that was when I was told to take major rest - and it has taken me way longer than I reckoned to get back to where I can start again. So thank you for keeping the team going, even though the official challenge is long past. I'll be checking out the videos with the firm intention of getting started again sooner rather than later.
I have stayed with this team because I still want to fit in a swimsuit and feel okay without having to force myself to feel okay -- that is, I'd like to like how my body looks. My weight gain happened because my thyroid wasn't working well. My weight loss has been helped with medication -- as in, no weight loss lasted without medication but weight gain added and added. So, I don't have any questions, but I still want to get into that smaller swimsuit . . . but hey, there is progress, in a couple months I may need a new suit! It's not the end goal, but a good sign of being on the road to get there.
