I just emailed my youngest daughter to say i need a kick in the butt too. So far, all I have done is think about. I did start the bootcamp but can't use the videos in this room for most of it so then i stopped altogether unless we have snow to shovel or something like that. Have not walked the dogs as don't like the winter streets and sidewalks and am ashamed of myself as the older lady down the block walks her dog twice a day. However, in my defense her dog is old and walks slow, mine are 11 and believe me do not walk slow, especially the one. Oh well, I am not giving up is all I can say if it takes me another year. I liked the 10 minute idea, Just don't seem to get motivated and I don';t know why. emoticon

Set a timer and make yourself do something for 10 mintues. Put on lively music and make yourself do something for 10 minutes. Give yourself the pat on the back for having done something for 10 minutes. Let it feel really good. Then set the timer (and music) and do something for 10 minutes!

you need to be kind to yourself. something is eating you and you need to take some time to think about what that is. journal, take a time out and sit in nature to reflect, talk to a friend who will support you and ask questions not try to "fix" it for you. are you depressed, did you start out like gangbusters and burn your self out, has the stress in your life taken over. there are ways to counter each of these but until you understand why you are sabotaging yourself you can not move forward. will keep you in my prayers and take care of yourself cause you are worth being successful
