I just started this challenge yesterday.. loving it so far! But whenever I do the sparkpeople workout videos I like playing music in the background.
You can play it on windows media or itunes at the same time as you play the video, or what I've done yesterday and today is used my mp3 player that has built in speakers.
For the most part, I tried to find songs that stayed with Coach Nicole's pace pretty closely.. I'm a drummer, what can I say :)

Note: Most of the workouts only need 1-2 songs, but I love variety.. so I wanted to come up with a few songs with similar beats.
Now, these are just the ones on my workout playlist, trying not to repeat and not use any of the showtunes I have on it :) I'd love to know some songs that you use!
