Hello everyone.
I am 21 years old and weight about 135. My goal weight is 120 and I would like to tone up my body. I enjoy trying new recipes that are low calorie and easy to cook for one or two people because I am usually cooking just for myself. I have tried my different diets but this time it is going to be a lifestyle change not a diet. My motivation is to slim down and tone up for the 2010 Float Down. So, as the new year begins so does that start to a new me.
