I also fell of the wagon cause I was sick for 2 weeks. It might be an excuse to rest and not exercise... but there was no excuse for the way I was eating. I woke up yesterday with a new attitude and went grocery shopping.. and now all the meals I am cooking are all super healthy. If I am feeling well enough I am starting back at the gym on Saturday (im still too sick right now.. but im starting to feel better!). Good luck for the new year everyone. Let's motivate each other to check in next year with a whole new us!!
I also fell off the wagon. I am glad to hear you know yourself enough to know when to start. I thought about starting on the first but we have a family holiday get together that day and I know I wouldnt be able to stick to it that day than I would get discouraged. Good luck!!!
Hello everyone. I am 21 years old and weight about 135. My goal weight is 120 and I would like to tone up my body. I enjoy trying new recipes that are low calorie and easy to cook for one or two people because I am usually cooking just for myself. I have tried my different diets but this time it is going to be a lifestyle change not a diet. My motivation is to slim down and tone up for the 2010 Float Down. So, as the new year begins so does that start to a new me.
