I love that the ST videos aren't super long, so you can do more by doing them more than once, or less if you are feeling a bit sluggish that day by only doing it once!
I am definitely going to do this bootcamp again, but I am not going to start until I get back from vacation on the 12th--so I'll start on the 13th. I don't want to start it today and then take 10 days off.
Good luck to anyone starting it this month! It really is great and I saw great results! Not only in the weight and inch loss, but I just FEEL better! I can see more definition in my arms and legs, my chest and shoulders look slimmer... I just really see changes in my body, my energy, all of it! Yay SP!
