Sweet!! I just started today with the 10 min. cardio kickboxing. I'm getting more coordinated the more I do it. I did the whole challenge when it came out in May, then tinkered with it during the summer, but I told myself Sept I was going to do the whole program again. We can do it guys!!emoticon

It's been hard to be consistent this summer, but I am going to try to get back on track with this challenge for Sept. I loved it and had some success when the challenge started, so I am ready for more success in Sept.

Larhonda7--the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp... the one team on which this thread is posted.

I love that the ST videos aren't super long, so you can do more by doing them more than once, or less if you are feeling a bit sluggish that day by only doing it once!

I am definitely going to do this bootcamp again, but I am not going to start until I get back from vacation on the 12th--so I'll start on the 13th. I don't want to start it today and then take 10 days off.

Good luck to anyone starting it this month! It really is great and I saw great results! Not only in the weight and inch loss, but I just FEEL better! I can see more definition in my arms and legs, my chest and shoulders look slimmer... I just really see changes in my body, my energy, all of it! Yay SP!

Hey everyone!

So, I finished S2S on Saturday and wow! I liked the bootcamp while I was doing it, but the results were amazing!!!! I exceeded my goals in terms of weight and inches for the month and I KNOW it was thanks to this bootcamp!

I lost 5lbs and 4" (overall) in the four weeks of doing this bootcamp!

I am going to start it over again for September and see if I can't beat that!
