Hi I have reached my goal and so I am excited. I reached it July 16. I am still doing the workouts as I really think they helped and the nutrition tracker. Do hope everyone else has as much success as I have. Now daily maintenance. That can be just as hard I am finding out.

Thanks for asking the question and getting everyone out here responding. Sometimes it seems lonely in the daily huddles. I think those of us who are still using the videos tend to be more active on our other teams between formal bootcamps.

I use the videos as part of my daily workout especially if I'm not able to get in my full 30 minute walk that I do at lunch...keep up the great work and enjoy all that SparkPeople has to offer...Spread the Spark!!!!

the videos continue to be a big part of my exercise program. the contests are over but there will be another one soon i am sure. right now we are doing the challenge on stress and as always the support and friendships formed continue thro the sparks contacts. good luck
